Beware of Housing Pirates
We would like to make you aware that there are various companies, going by a number of names (such as Global Housing Services or Convention Housing Unlimited, etc.), which are representing themselves as the housing vendor for the Cattle Raisers Convention, or authorized by TSCRA.

These companies reach out to exhibitors and attendees and disguise themselves as our housing entity. They are claiming they can get better rates or they often use pressure tactics implying a housing shortage or impending deadline. They are careful what they claim in writing and often want to make arrangements by phone to avoid a paper trail. Beware of such unsolicited or unofficial housing claims as they often confuse and disappoint attendees and exhibitors and can lead to hidden penalties or no reservations at check-in as well.

We strongly recommend you do not book housing from any company that calls you directly. We do not release attendee names to any third parties to contact attendees for housing.
